EXTRAS

The facility only accepts cash payments. if you check in via TOTEM self Check-in.
No charge for self-made check-in.
If the guest does NOT want to self check-in but wants a person to be present or wants to pay with other payment
method other than cash you must book the check-in at the facility.
Booking Check-in has a cost based on time slots:
- 9-12 Euro 40
- 12-15 Euro 60
- 15-19 Euro 80
- After 7 pm Euro 100
A 15 euro extra charge will be applied for reservations of only 1 night.
Extra beds cost 25 euros per person.
Only 1 extra bed allowed per room.
No cradles available.
Extras will be paid in the hotel and are not included in the total price.
Air conditioning for the whole 24 hours costs 20 euros.
LUGGAGE DEPOSIT
It is possible to leave your luggage in the B&B on the day of your departure.
Luggage deposit in unguarded but has CCTV.
The facility is not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur.
GENERAL NOTES
All the prices include VAT.
Breakfast is included, unless it is clearly stated it is not.
Cancellations up to 48 hours before your arrival are free.
Owners are available all day long via cell phone.
The deluxe room is in the same building as Ca' Dalisera B&B, but with a separate entrance.
The deluxe room is an apartment is sold as a tourist rental. The management of the apartment has nothing to do

PRIVACY
According to article 13 of the Law 196/03:
The data collected here are only used to deliver and improve the service. They will be processed with appliances
that will guarantee safety and privacy; these appliances may also memorize, manage and transmit such personal
details.
AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is chargeable.
Air conditioning is available from July 1st to August 31st.
Air conditioning for the whole 24 hours costs 20 euros.
Air conditioning works only if the guest is in the room and the windows are closed.
PETS
No animals are accepted.
CITY TAX
Our prices do NOT include the city tax, that will be paid at check in.
ROOM CLEANING
Rooms are cleaned and sanitized with each change of guest.
Daily cleaning of the rooms is not done
Sheets are changed every 3 days.
If the customer wants a change of linen before the three days, he/she will have to pay 15 Euro.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
Rooms will be available from 12:00 on your arrival day. Check in from 8 am (done independently with the self
check-in totem).
You must leave the room before 10 am on your departure day.
If you do not leave tour room before 10 am on your departure day, an extra day will be charged, but you will not
have the right to stay for the night.
Check in from 8 am to 12.
Check-out before 10 am.
Please let us know if you will arrive after 7 pm.
A 15 euro extra charge will be applied for check-ins after 10 pm.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged on your credit card.
The whole amount of the reservation will be charged in case you arrive on the second or third day of your
reservation.
The whole amount of the reservation will be charged if you leave early.
The whole amount of the reservation will be charged if you decide to leave the hotel any time before the end of
your reservation.
INTERNET
Wireless internet is available for free.
LAN cable internet is available in the whole building.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is forbidden in any part of the building.
Smoking is forbidden in all the rooms, even with windows open.
If you need to smoke, please do it outside the building.
BREAKFAST
With the experience of PANDEMIA and the new safety regulations, it is not possible to maintain breakfast service
as before, so we have decided to discount the price of our rooms and not serve breakfast.
The price you can find on the website is already discounted.
Today it is necessary to redesign the layout of the breakfast room and rethink the service, respecting the rules
and safety of guests and staff.

This is why we have decided, to preserve the health of all our guests, that the breakfast room spaces will not be
used.
KEY - KEYCARD
The keycard must be retuned on the day of your departure. A 50 euros charge will be applied if the key is not
returned.
